Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if scheduling your initial visit to fill out paperwork. If you are are receiving a Shiatsu, please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows movement for stretching. NO JEANS please  for these sessions. For Connective Tissue Massage sessions, please wear shorts ( and sports bra for women) and refrain from any kind of lotion or oil prior to session

Cancellation Policy:

We all know life can be unpredictable, so if, for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please do call within 24 hours of your scheduled time to avoid being charged a missed appointment fee of 50% of scheduled service.  Arriving late to your scheduled appointment means that you forego that amount of time and your session will be shortened accordingly, with full payment due at end of appointment.  Mutual Grounds Massage, LLC does reserve the right to charge a client full service fee due before next appointment for a No call/No show to an appointment.
