Hello Everyone! Thank you so much for checking out my page. I graduated in  2014 from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic  East/West Program with over 1300 hours of training. I initially became interested in bodywork thanks to my relatives who are all mostly in the health field in one capacity or another. One of my aunts , a nurse practitioner for the Ojibwe tribe in northern Minnesota for many years, started looking into the Eastern side of medicine and massage to better help her mainly geriatric clients. That going outside of the box in health care, planted a seed that slowly began to grow. Many years later after an injury at work, after one failed attempt after another to keep surgery at bay, I began  looking for other options. Post surgery, massage and myofascial release were huge components to my recuperation, thus began a deeper interest into the healing arts and  going into training; learning both sides of the spectrum with Western and Eastern philosophies to health. Previous to this new venture, I worked in the hospitality/service industry and in the creative world as a scenic artist for many years.

The concept of Mutual Grounds  Massage  began one day during a session, when I realized that not only is the bodywork beneficial for just my client, but also for me as the practitioner. Both of us were left feeling centered in our bodies- mutually grounded, and so the journey began.

I believe in whole body healing, because the focus is on empowering the client with options and guiding them on their journey to health, and working together to find the root cause of their conditions rather than just covering up the symptoms.
